We deliver to all those that belong to the European Community.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.- never in a post office box or citybox). Or, you can pick it up yourself at Bardenas Market, Paseo de La Ribera 48 - 31513 Arguedas-Navarra-Spain. We also make home deliveries in Arguedas, Valtierra and Tudela in Navarra.

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido??

Los plazos dependen del lugar donde tengamos que realizar la entrega.

- Recogida en local 24h, de lunes a jueves.

- Entrega Arguedas, Valtierra y Tudela los jueves.

- Península Ibérica, siguiente día laborable a la admisión del pedido.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If you do not receive your package within the established period, use your shipping code (the one we will have sent you by email and SMS) to contact the logistics company directly.

Remember, if you have not received your package within 7 working days, use the tracking number of the logistics company to locate it and agree on a new delivery time, most likely they have tried to deliver and you were not at the agreed address.

IMPORTANT

Do not throw away the packaging of your order until you verify that it meets your expectations. You may need it to change or return your item.
