EXCLUSIVE SERVICE FOR GROUPS AND COMPANIES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • WHEN

    The days reserved for exclusive services are between Monday and Thursday , both included. From Friday to Sunday we are open to the public.

  • HOW MANY

    A minimum group of 10 people is required to hire. From 15 people/group and up to a maximum of 42, you can benefit from discounts between 10 and 25%. Maximum seated capacity, 42 people.

  • WHERE

    Our usual site , authorized by both the Arguedas City Council and the Bardenas Community, is located in the municipality of 'Los Aguilares', about 200m from the Natural Park Information Center, at the 'Mirador de La Bardena Blanca' . Other location negotiable.

  • THAT

    Regarding the menu you have two options. You can choose previously from our letter-menu , or we can send you different proposals according to your needs and tastes. We are not a 'catering' company and everything is cooked at the moment. We use local, Km0 and/or organic products. IMPORTANT : report possible food intolerances.

  • AS

    Send us an email to info@bardenasmarket.com or fill out the form below, with all the information you can - contact person, month, day, scheduled hours, number of people, menu, allergens, etc. - and we will prepare a budget for you as soon as possible.

  • In order for the service to be confirmed, we will need the signed budget as well as the payment of 50% of the total budget including VAT, as a signal or deposit.
FORM

  • Discounts 20%

    The food and drink consumed by the person in charge of the activity will have a 20% discount.

  • Packaging

    All our containers and cutlery are biodegradable and compostable , made with renewable resources.

  • ATTENTION

    Bardenas Market reserves the right to cancel the activity in the week prior to the service and unilaterally, if the weather forecast is not favourable. In this case, the amount deposited as a deposit will be returned.

  • In the event that you are the one who cancels the activity in the previous week, the deposit will only be returned if the cause of this cancellation is force majeure.
