Look in your closet for the shirt you wear the most, the one that fits you best. Lay it out on the bed with the front facing the ceiling, take a meter and make two measurements. The first (A) is the distance in centimeters from armpit to armpit and you write it down, I know you; by the time you do the second measure you no longer remember the first!! ha ha ha.
